a. Direct: Distributors contact Sales Department at head office and branches, representative offices of New Image;
b. Post office: Distributors may submit written complaints by post office to New Image's head office and branches, representative offices.;
c. Via the call centre: Distributors could contact, call to New Image's hotline at 1900 63 69 73.
